Online Shop Statement

Please note that from Thursday, 10 September 2026, the online George Formby Society Shop will no longer be able to accept orders. From that date, sales will be available only at George Formby Society conventions. This may be a temporary arrangement until a suitable member comes forward to take over the management of the shop. In the meantime, GFS President Andrew Poppleton will manage the convention shop. Kathryn Pollard will manage the shop at the September 2026 Blackpool Convention, after which Andrew will take over. His first convention in charge will be the November 2026 Nottingham meeting. Full details of future conventions are available at this link. Kathryn and Peter would like to sincerely thank all our online customers, both members and non-members, for their wonderful support of the GFS Shop and the George Formby Society over the years.
