jack jones passed away in February 1992 but is still
affectionately remembered in the george formby
society both as a nice chap and also as one of the
best players ever to take the gfs stage.

I am very pleased to report that Jack's instruction video is ideal for both the
raw beginner and also for anyone who wishes to progress further.
The tape lasts for approximately 90 minutes and Jack goes through every
stage of the uke playing technique from "the introduction of the uke" to "the
finger rolls."
For the past 54 years Jack has been an ardent fan of George Formby and
his songs and he has styled himself on George's playing.
He produces, possibly, the nearest sound to George and anyone who
carefully follows his instruction will eventually produce a similar sound. Good
for you Jack.
